Clubhouse & Pool
The Clubhouse and pool are for the private use and enjoyment of the Home Owners or legal residents of German Creek and should be considered an extension of his or her home. By doing this, we will conserve electricity and treat the furnishings and equipment with care.
Rules
- All posted pool rules and regulations must be followed at all times.
- The pool hours are 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 PM. daily. (gate locks automatically at 10pm with no exit available after 10pm.)
- No children under 16 years of age will be allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
- No children under 18 years of age will be allowed in the clubhouse unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Children 18 and over will be allowed to use the clubhouse with proper resident adult supervision. Residents will be responsible and held liable for the actions of their children.
- The maximum number of people using the clubhouse at one time is limited to 75.
- No decorations or balloons are to be taped or fixed to the walls at any time.
- NO SMOKING in the Clubhouse or Pool Area. The host/hostess is responsible to see that this rule is not violated. Violation will result in a fine and/or loss of Clubhouse privileges.
- Clubhouse hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to limit the use of the Swimming pool and Clubhouse if all Maintenance Fees or Special Assessments are not current. Any Owner that is more than thirty (30) days past due is considered delinquent and will not be allowed to use the clubhouse or pool until their account is brought current.
Clubhouse Reservations
- Reservations for the use of the Clubhouse may be made by a legally listed resident (co-owners and lessees) only. A co-owner leasing his/her unit forfeits his privileges to use the Clubhouse and other recreational facilities in favor of the legal resident of the unit. The pool area cannot be reserved.
- Reservations for use of the Clubhouse will be made as follows: The legal resident will call HOA Management to reserve the clubhouse and will fill out a reservation agreement form. A $100.00 damage deposit check is required, as a deposit to reserve the clubhouse. The deposit check will be returned if the clubhouse has been left clean and undamaged (after being checked by one the board members). If not left clean or is in a damaged condition, the check will not be returned and the Unit Owner will be assessed the total cost of cleaning and repairs from any damages.
- Reservations may be made no more than 90 days before the function, except for HOA Meetings and functions scheduled by the Board of Directors The Board may consider other reservation applications in excess of 90 days under special circumstances. The resident who sponsors the function must be present at all times.
The Board of Directors has the authority, to review the frequency or use by individual owners and to deny use on the basis of frequent use which denies other residents adequate access. The resident may make reservations for the use of the Clubhouse only if all Maintenance Fees or Special Assessments are not in arrears and all previous charges on clubhouse use have been paid.
German Creek Clubhouse Checklist
Having reserved the Clubhouse, you will be expected to see that it is left in a clean and orderly condition.
The following check list is for your use. See that each item is attended to after you have used the Clubhouse. If approved by the Board of Directors, your deposit may be picked up at HOA Management Office. If not approved, the deposit will be retained and you will be charged for the cleaning.
- The Clubhouse must be cleaned immediately following your function.
- Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
- Clean kitchen sink, counters, and stove. Remove any food from the refrigerator and clean. Clean kitchen floor. Make sure stove is turned off.
- Clean all table tops.
- Empty waste baskets in kitchen and bathrooms.
- Clean Bathrooms, including floors.
- Remove refuse – Bring your own trash bags and under no circumstances are you to leave any refuse at the clubhouse.
- Return all folding chairs and tables to the side of the room.
- Vacuum Clubhouse carpet. (You may use vacuum in closet if one is there. If not you will bring your own vacuum.)
- Turn off all lights inside and outside of the Clubhouse.
- LOCK ALL DOORS. (Dead bolt and door knobs)
- Return the signed Check List to HOA Management.
